Founded by Arlene Green, Organic Touch Essential Blends is rooted in a legacy of botanical care, innovation, and intentional wellness.

Arlene’s passion for creating meaningful products that support health, wellbeing, and everyday care began in the early 1990s through a deep interest in natural ingredients, botanical wellness, and the transformative role thoughtful self-care can play in people’s lives.

Her inspiration was shaped early by watching her father, Wilbert C. Jackson, alongside business partner Khalil Muhammad Sr., build Magnificent Products — one of the first hair care brands created specifically for Black consumers embracing natural hairstyles during the late 1960s and 1970s. Their pioneering work helped lay the foundation for a new era of natural hair care and entrepreneurial vision.

Inspired by this legacy and guided by her own commitment to elevated botanical wellness, Arlene founded Organic Touch LLC in 2018 and formally established the company in 2021. Since then, the brand has continued to thoughtfully research, develop, and formulate refined plant-derived products designed to nourish the skin, support healthy-looking hair, and enhance modern everyday wellbeing.

Today, Organic Touch Essential Blends continues to evolve as a modern botanical wellness brand offering elevated care for skin, scalp, body, and outdoor living — including its signature Skin-Soothing Insect Repellent and expanding collection of botanical formulations.
