Organic Touch Essential Blends products are formulated and fulfilled in Jamaica and shipped to customers around the world. The information below outlines our shipping, delivery, and return policies to help ensure a clear and seamless experience from order to arrival.


We are committed to maintaining the quality, integrity, and condition of every product from fulfillment to delivery.




Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; however, delivery timelines may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.



Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our personal care products, returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items with original safety seals and packaging fully intact.


For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders


Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Organic Touch Essential Blends within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund as deemed appropriate.


Approved replacements are generally prepared and dispatched within 10–14 business days..


For orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, replacements or other resolutions may only be issued where verified evidence of courier mishandling or delivery error is provided.


Organic Touch LLC is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen following confirmed carrier delivery.


Refunds and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
