Shipping & Returns

Orders from The Organic Touch are carefully packaged, fulfilled, and dispatched from Jamaica with international tracking provided for applicable shipments.


We are committed to maintaining the quality, integrity, and care of every product experience.


Shipping & Fulfillment

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; however, shipping timelines may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or international transit factors beyond our control.


Organic Touch LLC is unable to assume responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen transit interruptions.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our carefully formulated personal care products, returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items with original safety seals and packaging fully intact.


For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

  • clear photographs of the item
  • photographs of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

Our support team will carefully review your request and assist with the appropriate resolution process.


Approved replacements are generally prepared and dispatched within 10–14 business days.


For orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, replacements or other resolutions may only be issued where verified evidence of courier mishandling or delivery error is provided.


Organic Touch LLC is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen following confirmed carrier delivery.
